Macintosh Electric Corp.

I could not recommend Macintosh enough as an electrical service in Yonkers/Westchester County. They were the ONLY company that was responsive on the weekend in an electrical emergency. We had no electricity after a storm. They worked seamlessly with CONED to get the power back on and make the repairs necessary. They went above and beyond with the repairs. They also kept us informed of every step, gave me an accurate price range from the beginning (no surprises charges- best and worst case scenario pricing), and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would also like to note that I have two elderly people that live in our home. Kay and Mike were sure to be slow and clear in explaining what work needed to be done and the process. They emphasized to CONED that there were elderly people in the home with medical concerns and needed to be prioritized in power restoration. I mean truly above and beyond!!!!! I will be using them for any future electrical needs and I highly recommend that you do as well.

I was referred to Macintosh Electric and I’m so glad I called them! Mark came to my home to resolve a voltage issue and was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Mark and Walter arrived on time, worked efficiently, stayed within my budget, and cleaned up when they were finished. I truly appreciated their professionalism and experience. Highly recommend Macintosh Electric!

I had an electrical emergency and called Macintosh Electric. Mike responded quickly, restored the power by resetting the breaker, and discovered a shared meter issue that I had no idea existed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and, to my surprise, didn't even charge me for the emergency visit. It's rare to find a company that's this honest, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Thank you, Macintosh Electric, for the outstanding service. I highly recommend them!

I HIGHLY recommend Macintosh Electric Corp! From Nelly's kind and thorough customer service to Mike's flexibility in price and scheduling, you can't go wrong with Macintosh. A very special thank you to Albert and Raoul who came on time and ready to put up my fan. The space was tight and there was very little light but they worked together so efficiently and made it work! Then, when we found that the bag of washers for the fan blades were not included, they went to a local hardware store and got a box. Anyone else would have said "sorry, can't finish it" but they took the time and solved the problem. I now have a beautiful fan with the brightest lights (wow, my bedroom is a mess!) and will keep me cool this summer. On top of their amazing work, Albert and Raoul were both very kind, courteous and extremely professional. I was extremely pleased. The price was a bit high but the quality of work pretty much justified it. In all facets, my experience with Macintosh Electric has been extremely positive. I seriously would recommend them and would go back to them for any electrical issues in the future.

I recently had a transfer switch installed by Macintosh Electric. The whole process was very easy. The guys in the office were very professional. The electrician who came to do the work or likewise very professional. They answered all my questions before during an after the installation. And even advise that they used 30 amp wiring to accommodate future expansion rather than using wiring with less capacity. To me that is the mark of true professionalism. I have worked with Macintosh before, and would be very happy to work with them again in the future.
